Ellen graduated from UT with her Masters in Nursing in May 2007. She is an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. She worked as an RN for 2.5 years at Brackenridge hospital on the trauma/medsurg floor prior to that. She did her clinical during the Spring of 2007 at Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology and Seton Diabetes education center. She officially started at Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology in July 2007 and sees mainly diabetic patients (Type 1, Type 2, Gestational and pump patients.)
