Men and women ages 18-70 years of age. Diabetics and Non Diabetics

Type 2 Diabetes/Long Acting Injectable Medications vs. Orals

Men and women ages 18+; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Currently taking only Metformin, interested in taking Long Acting Byetta (injectable medication)

High Cholesterol

Men and women ages 18+; Currently taking only one Cholesterol medication for last 3 months and have LDL > 100

Type 2 Diabetes/Inhaled Insulin

Men and women ages 18+; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Currently taking only oral anti-diabetic agents and LANTUS®; Interested in Inhaled Insulin

Heart Disease Prevention

Men and women ages 35 or older; Diagnosed with Cardiovascular Disease and Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 Insulin or New Insulin

Men and women ages 18-75; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes; Currently taking either metformin alone, or metformin and a sulfonylurea, or metformin and a TZD, and Byetta twice daily

Type 2 Diabetes/New Oral Diabetic Medication

Men and women ages 18-80; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes; Currently taking Metformin/Glucophage® and one other oral anti-diabetic agent

Type 1 Diabetes/Inhaled Insulin

Men and women ages 18+ years of age. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, currently on basal and rapid acting insulin
